Sasha Newkirk
Sasha Newkirkis a metalsmith, curator, and jewelry historian. She is a member of the Museum of Arts and Design’s Exhibition Design and Installation team and a Critic at the Rhode Islan d School of Design. She is the on-staff mount maker for MAD, specializing in mounting jewelry. Before coming to MAD she had also made mounts for exhibitions at Bard Graduate Center, Pratt, and several private collections. She has curated, designed, and installed exhibitions at some of New York City’s leading institutions.
